The blueberry grows on loose, humusy, boggy and acidic soils in deciduous and coniferous forests. It is a fairly common plant and is widespread throughout Europe.
Blueberries contain essential oils that form a protective layer on the surface of the mucous membranes, soothing irritated and inflamed mucous membranes and protecting them from irritation.

Cover 1-2 large spoonfuls (10-20 g) of blueberries with 200 ml of water, boil for 10 minutes and strain immediately. Drink the freshly prepared, cooled tea several times a day.
