Galex Yarrow Herb Tea is an herbal tea made from the herbs of the yarrow plant (Millefolii herba), which is known for its beneficial effects on general well-being.
Yarrow herb contains 0,2-1,4% volatile essential oil, sesquiterpene lactones, flavonoids and their glycosides, cyanogenic glycosides, aconitic, isovalerian and salicylic acids, vitamins (ascorbic and folic acid), liverworts, bitter substances (ivain), hydroxycoumarins, saponins, sugars (fructose and glucose).

Pour 200 ml boiling water over 1 large spoonful (4 g) of yarrow, leave covered for 10 minutes, then strain the tea. Drink the freshly prepared tea 3 to 4 times a day.
