Pour 200 ml boiling water over 1 large spoonful (5 g) of the herbs, leave covered for 30 min, then strain the tea.
Drink freshly brewed tea up to 3 times a day. For children over 4 years of age, prepare an infusion of 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) of herbs in the same way. They should drink it up to 3 times a day.
Ingredients: plantain herb (30%), liquorice root (25%), bitter fennel fruit (15%), thyme herb (10%), angelica root (10%), lime flower (10%), lime blossom (10%).
Store at a temperature of up to 25 ˚C in a dry place.
Contains liquorice – people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption.
