Elixiré Performance & Recovery is a food supplement that combines micronised creatine Creavitalis®, mango leaf extract (Zynamite®), quercetin, water-soluble coenzyme Q10 and B vitamins. It is designed to support the body during exertion and normal energy release during metabolism.
What does micronised creatine mean?
Micronised creatine means that the creatine has been mechanically processed into extremely small particles (micron size). This has two practical advantages: better solubility in water or another drink and easier, lump-free mixing. Important: micronisation does not change how creatine works – it is the same creatine monohydrate, only in a finer, more user-friendly form.

Performance & Recovery combines micronised creatine and B vitamins. The formula also includes Zynamite®, quercetin and Q10, which gives the product additional breadth and functionality. Recommended daily dose: adults performing very intense exercise take 4.5 g (2 scoops) per day about 1 hour before physical activity or during increased exertion. Mix the contents with water or another drink.
