Pour 200 ml boiling water over 1 large spoonful (5 g) of the herbs, leave covered for 30 minutes, then strain the tea. Drink 2 times a day.
Ingredients: caraway fruit (30%), bitter fennel fruit (20%), peppermint leaf (20%), common vervain herb (10%), Iceland moss (10%), marjoram herb (5%), lemon balm leaf (5%).
Store at a temperature of up to 25 ˚C in a dry place.
