Blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) is a low shrub from the heath family, whose dark blue berries have been valued for centuries as a natural source of health. It grows in European forests, where it thrives in light, humus-rich, and acidic soils.

Cover 1-2 large spoonfuls (10-20 g) of blueberries with 200 ml of water, boil for 10 minutes and strain immediately. Drink the freshly prepared, cooled tea several times a day.
