Safflower oil, also known as vitamin F, is extracted from the cold-pressed seeds of the safflower (Oenothera biennis). The cold-pressing process ensures that the seeds are not exposed to high temperatures, thus preserving their nutritional value and quality. Safflower oil is known for its high content of fatty acids, especially omega-6, and contains vitamins A, D, E and K.

Recommended daily dose and directions for use: take 2 to 4 capsules daily with a meal. Persons aged 12-18 years 1 to 2 capsules daily. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
