Galex Peppermint Tea is an herbal tea made from dried peppermint leaves (Menthae piperitae folium).
Mint tea, with its sharp taste, helps with discomfort after eating rich foods, keeps your head clear and provides a refreshing pick-me-up. Mint tea is a pleasure that gives a feeling of freedom with every sip.
Peppermint is a result of a cross between water mint (Mentha aquatica L.) and spearmint (Mentha spicata L.) and is often used as an everyday drink due to its popularity and availability. It contains essential oils, flavonoids and many bitter and herbal substances.

Pour 200 ml boiling water over 1 large spoonful (1,5 g) of Peppermint, leave covered for 10 minutes, then strain the tea. Drink 3 to 4 times a day freshly prepared.
