The powder paste is an ointment, with carefully selected ingredients, and has many positive effects.
Petroleum jelly – used as an occlusive agent in cosmetics. Applied to the skin, it forms a semi-permeable film that prevents transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and increases skin hydration.
Lanolin – a source of the skin’s own lipids (cholesterol), it has an emollient action. It also has an occlusive action, forming a semi-permeable film on the skin that reduces water evaporation and increases skin hydration.
Fish oil – soothes skin irritated by heat and chemicals. It keeps skin radiant and smooth and improves its elasticity.
Why does nappy rash occur?
Diaper rash, also known as inflammation of the skin under the nappy, is often caused by prolonged skin contact with urine or faeces, which can cause irritation and inflammation.
Here are some of the more common causes:
- the skin is sensitive and prolonged contact with urine or faeces can cause inflammation,
- detergents, laundry detergents and soaps containing chemical substances can irritate the skin,
- allergies to lotions or other materials that come into contact with the skin can cause inflammation.
To prevent nappy rash, it is important to wash and dry regularly, use good-quality nappies, and remove urine and faeces as soon as possible.

Apply a thin layer of the paste on the cleaned selected area up to 2 times a day.
