Take one large spoonful of whole or freshly crushed seeds with at least 200 ml of water, yoghurt or other liquid. If you prefer, you can leave the seeds to swell for up to eight hours and then drink the drink with or without the seeds. Drinking 2 to 3 times a day for at least 2 to 3 days is recommended. Flaxseeds are not recommended in the evening before going to bed. Make sure to drink a sufficient amount of liquid, at least 1,5 l per day, while consuming the seeds.
